What counts toward my limit?
Active, archived and disposed samples count. Trash does not count toward sample limits, but retained cloud photos still use storage until purged. Restoring a sample must fit your plan. Each processed photo is limited to 1 MiB.
What happens offline?
Free data stays local. Paid caches metadata and photos you explicitly download. Offline paid editing requires a server-issued capability refreshed at least every seven days and never beyond your entitlement. When it expires, cached records remain readable and exportable.
What if I cancel?
You keep Paid until the end of the paid period. The owner then has 30 days of cloud read/export access. Cloud content is purged after this window; snapshots may retain it for seven further days. Local records above Free limits remain readable and exportable.
Are local samples backed up?
Only when you export a portable backup. Browser storage can be cleared or evicted. Signing into Free on another device does not restore your records. CSV includes current fields; a complete backup also includes photos.
